Founded in 2013 in Berlin, Si Us Instruments® GmbH is based in Adlershof and is a holding company with subsidiaries in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. The entire production process, from manufacture to cleaning, packaging and sterilization in Poland, is carried out by a single source. Shipping is handled by our own logistics centres.

We produce sterile packed steel surgical instruments as well as complete surgical sets for single use and offer a unique range worldwide.

Our current range comprises more than 2,000 different individual instruments in 33 specialist areas.
