Information to the data subject in accordance with Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation

Due to a requirement from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on May 25, 2018, we, Si Us Instruments GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 3, 12489 Berlin, are obliged to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data on our website (hereinafter only referred to as „data“) in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

 

We are happy to fulfill this obligation together with our external data protection officer from the company Datenschutz Kramer & Kramer GmbH, Richard-Wagner-Str. 11, 01445 Radebeul, info@datenschutz-kramer.de.

 

In the following, we explain which data we process from you for which purposes and which rights you have in this regard.

Processing Purposes

We use the data that you voluntarily provide to us via our website for the following purposes:

 

  • according to Article 6 (1) a) of the GDPR on the basis of the contact form voluntarily filled out by you

    • to answer specific inquiries

The usage data of the respective website visitors is transmitted by the respective Internet browser each time this website is accessed and stored in log files, so-called server log files. These data are:

 

  • IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the accessing computer
  • Session ID
  • Name of the requested page
  • Date and time of retrieval
  • the referrer URL (origin URL) from which the user came to the accessed page
  • Volume of data transferred

Categories of Recipients

  • Transmission to third parties does not take place.
  • A transfer of your data to third countries does not take place

Use of Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to display external fonts, but have installed them locally. No user data, such as the IP address, is transmitted to Google.

Duration of Processing

We only need your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose.

 

Business documents and inquiries are stored in accordance with the requirements of the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code for a maximum of 6 and 10 years, respectively, and then destroyed in accordance with DIN 66399.

 

We retain applicant data for 6 months in order to fulfill the legal obligation pursuant to Section 61 (1) ArbGG in conjunction with Section 15 AGG. § 15 AGG and then destroy them in accordance with DIN 66399.

Your Rights as Data Subject

According to the GDPR, you have the right to:

 

  • Information about the data we have stored about you
  • Correction of their data, if these are demonstrably incorrect
  • Deletion of your data (if there are no legal retention periods to the contrary)
  • Restriction of processing (only storage possible)
